Nigerian singer, Abiola Akinbiyi, professionally known as Bella Shmurda, has opened up about an advise Afrobeat star, Wizkid gave when they hanged out together in Ghana.

The young artist during a recent interview with Afrobeats Podcast disclosed that while he was in Ghana with Wizkid, the singer cautioned him against appearing on every song regardless the amount he was offered.

According to Bella, the Grammy award-winning singer asked him to wait and slow down, rather than jump on every track.

Bella claimed that he heeded to the advise so strictly, his team of friends who hang around him grumbled that he wasn’t going out or boasting about himself enough.

The Cash App singer suggested that Runtown, who took a break from performing, but is still regarded as one of the best artists today, is an example of how to maintain oneself.
