“You Should Never Be Bigger Than A Club” – Ibrahimovic Blasts PSG Star

AC Milan forward, Zlatan Ibrahimović has blasted Kylian Mbappe’s attitude towards Paris Saint-Germain, following his recent transfer speculations.

Naija News recalls that a failing connection between the two parties led to reports that the Frenchman was about to leave the Paris club.

The two sides, however, have refuted rumours that the French forward will be moving from Les Parisiens to Real Madrid or Liverpool.

Mbappe made an unexpected U-turn earlier this season, choosing to extend his contract with his club rather than sign for Real Madrid on a free transfer.

Following the transfer rumour about the star’s impending departure from the French club, the AC Milan striker disapproved of Mbappe’s approach toward the team.

Speaking to Canal Plus, the Swedish talisman remarked, “Mbappe has put himself in a situation where he is more important than the club,

“But you should never be bigger than a club because you are not.” said the former PSG striker.

On the other hand, the Swedish striker who has been playing for AC Milan in Italy since leaving Paris in 2016 also thinks that the Ligue 1 is no longer worth bragging about.

“Since I left France, everything is going down, they have nothing to talk about anymore in France.

“France needs me, I don’t need France. Even if you have Mbappe, Neymar, Messi, it doesn’t help you, because you don’t have God.” he said.
