The victims were arraigned on Monday before an Osogbo High Court presided by Justice Mathias Agboola for trading votes during the July 16, 2022 governorship election in Osun state in which Davido’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke and Governor Oyetola were major contenders.

According to the EFCC, the defendants were arrested on July 16 at different polling units within the Osogbo metropolis while trading votes for cash.
