How Is He Doing It? Charly Boy Questions Ooni Of Ife For Marrying 6 Wives In 2 Months

Veteran singer and songwriter Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy or Area Fada has expressed shock over Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi‘s sixth marriage.

According to him, he is shocked over the number of wives the Ooni has taken in barely two months.

Naija News gathered that the actor was reported to have questioned if the Ooni intends to fill his place with 12 wives to equate a football team.

His reaction follows the sixth marriage of the Ife monarch to an Ijebu Princess named Temitope Adesegun.

The Area Fada wondered how the traditional ruler of Ife, who was struggling to stay married to a single woman all these years could manage to get married to such a number of women in a short while.

Charly Boy said “I have been struggling to stay married to one woman for over 45yrs, yet my fellow man, the Ooni of Ife in less than 2 months married 6 wives. Juju.

“I must go to this Ooni’s for tutorials. How is he doing it? What if he ends up marrying 6 more, will it become a football team?”

Ooni’s recent marriages have sent social media buzzing as the Ife monarch has taken six wives between September 6, 2022, to October 24, 2022.

The names of the Queens are Mariam Anako (1st), Elizabeth Akinmudai (2nd), Tobiloba Philips (3rd), Ashley Adegoke (4th), Ronke Ademiluyi (5th), and Temitope Adesegun (6th).
