Nigerian singer, Harrison Okiri, popularly known as Harrysong, has regained freedom from Police custody, days after his arrest.

Naija News reports that the singer took to his Instagram page on Wednesday night to announce his release, stating that he is perfectly in good condition.

Harrysong also promised to share details of their settlement and agreement soon.

He wrote: “I’m out & Ok. As I no die”. Were good now. Details of our agreement & settlement”

In a subsequent post, the singer urged his fans to pray for him.

In his word: “Pls say a prayer for me. Where ever you are. Just a prayer, with love”

Naija News recalls that Harrysong was arrested on Tuesday morning at the Lagos Airpot, following a petition sent to the Inspector General of Police by Soso Soberekon.

Soso filed the petition following a recent interview Harrysong granted in which he claimed he (Soso) sent some people to kill him in Port Harcourt.

Harrysong had said: “Ninety percent of friendship, my guy my gee are all fake, there are people I have been working with for years. If I call their name, you go say na your guy be this, they no be my guys see as a matter of fact, those are my real enemies, if you see SoSo, you will say he is my friend, no SoSo na my enemy.

“If you see Soso now, if you see Soso now, you will think he is my friend. He sent people to come and kill me in my house in Port Harcourt.”

However, Harrysong on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, apologised to Soso after much drilling and failure to provide any proof to back up his claim, stating that the allegation was made under pressure.
