2023: Tinubu, APC Governors, NWC Hold Strategic Meeting

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) as well as Governors elected on the platform held a meeting on Wednesday in Abuja.

Naija News reports the strategic meeting held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja is a follow-up to last Wednesday’s meeting.

Top on their agenda is to work on the party’s manifesto, review plans for the 2023 campaigns, harmonize the presidential campaign list of the party and come up with strategies on how the APC can win the 2023 elections.

Some other party leaders present at the meeting include the Vice Presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima, Speaker of the House of Assembly, Femi Gbajabiamila, the Director-General of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Governor Simon Lalong and other members of the PCC.

The Governors in attendance include those of Ondo, Ogun, Lagos, Kebbi, Kano, Jigawa, Kogi, Niger, Kwara, Nasarawa, Plateau, Borno, Ebonyi, Yobe and the Deputy Governor of Zamfara.

Some PCC members already present were; Comrade Adams Osohmole, Deputy Director General (Operations), Hajiya Hadiza Bala Usman, Deputy Director General ( Admin), Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, Secretary.
