Super Eagles Striker, Osimhen Resumes Full Training With Napoli

Nigerian International, Victor Osimhen has resumed full training with Napoli after spending time on the sidelines.

Naija News recalls that Osimhen has been out of action since suffering an injury during Napoli’s UEFA Champions League home match against Liverpool on September 9.

Even though his Italian club thrashed the Eredivisie champions, Lucio Spalletti made it clear that he needed the striker to strengthen his team’s attack.

However, the Nigerian who welcomed a new baby with his partner, has missed Napoli’s last five games across all competitions.

The club, who made an announcement on its website, said that the Nigerian has resumed full training.

It said, “Osimhen did some of the teamwork and some personalized on the pitch.”

The Nigeria international is expected to play for the league leaders against Cremonese at home on Sunday.
