Actress Halima Abubakar Reacts To Apostle Suleman’s Court Threat

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has reacted to the court threat from General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman.

Naija News earlier reported that Suleman while responding to the consistent callout by Halima, threatened a defamatory suit against the actress if she fails to cease and desist from destroying his image.

In a letter titled ‘Defamatory Statements Concerning Apostle Johnson Suleman; Notice to Cease and Desist’, dated September 28, 2022, the controversial pastor warned Halima to discontinue her attacks on his personality or risk being dragged before the court of law.

He also urged Halima Abubakar to retract her false claims in five national newspapers and sign a full assurance undertaking to cease and desist from publishing defamatory statements against him.

Suleman’s legal team noted that Halima would compensate Suleman in respect of all costs insured in defending and protecting his reputation that she had soiled through her false and malicious statements.

Responding to Suleman, Halima who seemed unbothered about the court threat, challenged him stating they would see at the court.

She wrote: “JS sure see you at the court.”

Bobrisky’s Lifestyle Needs Urgent Attention

Meanwhile, an aide to Delta State Governor, Ossai Success Ovie, has claimed that the lifestyle of controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky, needs urgent attention from the Federal Government.

Ossai made this known in a post shared on Facebook, stating that Bobrisky is a bad influence on Nigerian youths.

According to him, there is a need to look into the lifestyle of the crossdresser because he is negatively affecting others.

Ossai noted that the country is gradually losing its core values as people seem to be engaging in things that contradict the country’s laws and religion.
