Former Big Brother Naija ‘LockDown’ Housemate, Kiddwaya, got more than he bargained for, after offering advice to Nigerians whose parents are poor.

Naija News reports that the reality TV star in a post shared on the microblogging platform, Twitter reiterated the need for people to work hard if their parents aren’t rich.

While comparing his father to other Nigerian parents, Kiddwaya urged Nigerians to work hard if their fathers could not make it like his.

He tweeted: “If your father didn’t hustle the way mine did I hope YOU do.”

The tweet sparked reactions online as some netizens dug up an old report titled ‘The Terrible Ways Of Terry Waya’.

In the article published by Sahara Reporters in July 2007, the father of the reality TV star was convicted by a British court for money laundering and also fined £145,000 after being found guilty by a jury for money laundering.

Reacting, many Nigerians dragged him and made a mockery of his father getting rich through money laundering and urged him to work hard instead of building fame through his father’s wealth.

@ArmelBoss1 wrote: “Mind you this the hustle Kidd is talking about His father is also one of the reasons for the misfortune of Nigerians. launder money to be able to travel around with all the prostitutes on the planet, your father really left you a legacy.”
