2023: Peter Obi’s Supporters Stage Massive One Million-Man March In Abuja

Obi Group Fixes Date To Hold 4million-man Rally In Lagos

Thousands supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, (LP) Peter Obi are currently staging a one million march today in Abuja.

Naija News reports the supporters converged at the Unity Fountain at around 9 am, then marched in their numbers to the Abuja city gate.

The march, which is part of the support for the Obi/Datti 2023 presidential ticket was tagged “Abuja One Million Man Freedom March”

Amongst those participating in the rally, includes men, women, youths and the physically challenged, who held placards with the Labour Party flag in a show of solidarity with the Peter Obi’s presidential bid.

The rally reportedly halted vehicular movement from Transcorp Hilton to the National Assembly complex.

It is understood that similar march had previously held in States like Auchi (Edo State), Abeokuta (Ogun State) Makurdi (Benue State) Afikpo (Ebonyi State), Onistha (Anambra State), Port Harcourt (Rivers) and Enugu (Enugu state)

‘Peter Obi Redefines Obidient Movement’

Meanwhile, Peter Obi has redefined the Obidient movement following the incessant backlash from opposition parties.

Naija News reports that the former governor of Anambra state, Obi via the microblogging platform, Twitter, recently gave a new definition to the movement.

D – democratic
I – international
E – excellence-driven
N – Nigerians from every ethnic group.
T – Transparency in governance. -PO”; The former governor wrote
