Nigerian DJ In UK Reportedly Commits Suicide Over Rumours Made About Him

A popular UK-based Nigerian disc jockey, identified as Olaniyi Oladigbo, also known as DJ Ola has passed on.

Naija News gathered that the deceased who was a popular DJ in the Nigerian community in the UK, committed suicide on 13th September 2022, over a series of rumours and lies made about him.

According to his friends, Ola has reportedly been battling depression coupled with the way people talked down on him and also the lies some Nigerians told his wife about him.

However, friends of the deceased have taken to social media to pay tributes to him reminiscing on the memories they shared with him while he was still alive.

Ibkdvgirl Worte: “Suicide is not an option. He said people talk down on him, how people will go to his wife and lie against him. Nigerian community needs to do better plsss lets’s stop the gossip, lets stop d hatred gosh am heartbroken DJ Ola has died”
