The Presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADP, Dumebi Kachikwu, has said that other political party’s presidential flagbearers will not be able to solve Nigeria’s problems.

Kachikwu said this at a panel session for leading presidential candidates for the 2023 general elections at the Annual General Conference (AGC) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) holding in Lagos.

The ADP flagbearer argued that if the panel session on Democratic Transitions in 21 Century Nigeria went on for another five hours, the other candidates would not be able to proffer any solution to the issues plaguing the nation.

He went on to state that All Progressives Congress standard bearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is like a great grandfather to him, while the Presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, are grandfather and father respectively.

He condemned the fact that schools in Abuja have been closed over security issues even though President Muhammadu Buhari resides there.

He wondered what part of Nigeria could then be considered safe since the seat of government appears beset by grave insecurity.
