2023: Deji Adeyanju Reacts To 'Attack' On Kwankwaso In Kogi

The Convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju has taken a dig at the three leading opposition parties in the country.

Naija News reports that the three major opposition parties are the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Labour Party (LP) and the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP).

In a tweet via his Twitter page on Wednesday, Adeyanju said there is no difference between the opposition parties, saying that they are an offshoot of the PDP.

Adeyanju claimed that the three parties are the same political party with different branches.

He stated in terms of political ideology, only one or two political parties are different from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and PDP.

He wrote: “There’s no difference between PDP, Labour Party & NNPP. They are the same political party with different branches. One is PDP extra large, the other PDP large and the last PDP small. In terms of political ideology, only one or two political parties are different from APC and PDP.

Kwankwaso Reveals Reason He Dumped PDP, APC

The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, said the failure of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in putting Nigeria and Nigerians first is the reason he left the parties.

Naija News reports that the former member of the PDP and the APC made this known during an event on Maritime Agenda organized by the party on Tuesday.

According to Kwankwaso, the two parties  “failed woefully” in governing the country in the last 23 years.

He urged his supporters to back his candidacy, maintaining that he has decided to make the sacrifice of doing away with both parties because both of them have derailed from the original vision set forth for them by its founders.
