The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has hinted at what Nigerians should expect as he attends the Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

He spoke shortly after arriving at the venue of the conference on Monday.

As earlier reported by Naija News, the NBA conference has kicked off with Atiku and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, in attendance.

Also, literary icon and playwright, Chimamanda Adichie, is attending the opening ceremony of the conference at the Eko Hotels and Suites in Lagos.

According to the NBA’s Technical Committee on Conference Planning (TCCP), Adichie will deliver the keynote speech at the event.

Speaking about his attendance at the event, Atiku took to his Twitter handle to say it will be a ‘bold engagement.’

He wrote: “A little while ago, I arrived at the Eko Hotel, venue of the Nigeria Bar Association 62nd annual conference. It promises to be a bold engagement.”

Obi and Atiku are expected to speak in a panel session on the topic “Democratic Transitions in 21st Century Nigeria: 2023 and Beyond”.
