Fani-Kayode Reacts As Tinubu Appoints 25-year-Old As FERMA Chairman

Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has deleted a tweet warning other political parties against supporters of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Naija News reports that Fani Kayode, in the early hours of Monday, 22nd August shared a post on the microblogging platform, Twitter, stating that the ‘Obidents’ are everywhere.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain opined that other parties ignoring the movement of the LP supporters do so at their peril.

According to the former Minister, the movement is bound by a common cause, purpose and objectives of getting rid of the old leaders in the bid to usher in the new, adding that the movement would remain when other political parties are no more.

He tweeted: “These Obidients are EVERYWHERE. We ignore them at our peril. Long after we are all gone they will still be here because they are not a pol. party but a movement. They are bound together in a common cause, purpose & objective: to rid Nigeria of the old order & usher in the new.”

A check on the page to see some netizens’ reactions shows that Fani-Kayode has deleted the tweet, but Naija News captured it before he deleted the post.
