2023: Jibrin Reacts To Appointment As Kwankwaso’s Campaign Spokesperson
Kano politician and former member of the House of Representatives, Abdulmumin Jibrin has reacted to his appointment as the official spokesperson for the Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso presidential campaign council.
The former lawmaker in his reaction on Thursday evening, said he has accepted the appointment with honour. He promised to do his best in the discharge of his assignment.
Taking to his Twitter account, Jibrin wrote: “I accept with honour to serve as official spokesperson of the Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso RMK Presidential Campaign Council. I will put in my best in discharging this responsibility as with every assignment I have handled. A New Nigeria beacons.”
Ahead of the 2023 general election, the presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, had appointed Abdulmumin Jibrin and Ladipo Johnson as his campaign council spokespersons.
Naija News reports that the former Kano State governor made this known in a statement by his spokesperson, Ibrahim Adam.
According to Kwankwaso, he appointed Jibrin and Johnson as spokespersons based on their high level of networking and in-depth understanding of the Nitty-Gritty of communication.
He said the two newly appointed campaign council spokespersons have what it takes to bring about a new Nigeria.
