2023: Reno Omokri Makes U-turn Over Consistent Attacks Against Peter Obi

Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has made a U-turn on the consistent attacks against Labour Party (LP), presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Naija News reports that Reno often criticizes the former Governor of Anambra State and faults every of his statement which earns him backslashes from the ‘Obidients’.

In a post shared on his Instagram page on Monday, 1st August 2022, the political activist said a mutual friend of his and Peter Obi has intervened between them.

According to Reno, he has agreed to be neutral on issues regarding the LP flagbearer and will keep to his words.

He wrote: “A mutual friend of Peter Obi and I intervened between us. I respect him so much and agreed to accede to his request to remain neutral on Peter. I have kept to my words. But if any obidients threatens or attacks my one-year-old daughter, then to your tents o Israel.”

While some social media users commended his decision, others claimed he would soon return to attacking Peter Obi.
