Why Peter Obi Is Like BBNaija Housemates – Reno Omokri

Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has likened the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi to housemates of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show.

In a post shared on Instagram, Reno claimed both Obi and BBNaija’s housemates will trend online and generate excitement.

Reno said their fans will fight anyone who does not fanatically agree with them until after election day or the next BBNaija season.

According to Reno, wise men and women are just using Peter Obi and BBNaija to catch cruise and the ‘Obidients’ are seeing it and prematurely celebrating their victory, forgetting that millions of Nigeria are not on Twitter.

He wrote: “Peter Obi is like BBNaija housemates. Both will trend online and generate excitement. Their fans will fight anyone that does not fanatically agree with them. Until after Election Day, or the next BBNaija season. Then, they will gradually FADE AWAY.

“Wisemen and women are just using Peter Obi and BBNaija to catch cruise. Professional activists who feel irrelevant if they are not part of any trend are cashing in. Obidients are seeing it and prematurely celebrating their victory, forgetting that 190 million Nigerians are not on Twitter.”
