Asake Hints At New Catchy Track

Rising star, who seems as though he was created with a touch of baking powder, Asake, has hinted that he will be dropping a new track he has dubbed ‘TERMINATOR’ come August 2022.

A video emerged on social media which showed him singing along as the song played in the background.

It is quite interesting to know that he only made his way fully into the Nigeria music industry, in January 2022, after releasing his single, ‘Mr Money’ some years ago. Since then it has been hits back to back, literally.

In January, he released his single ‘Omo Ope’ on which he featured Nigerian veteran rapper Olamide. February and March saw him release ‘Sungba,’ ‘Trabaye’ and ‘Baba God.’

In April, he did a remix of his song ‘Sungba’ with Afrobeats maestro, Burna Boy and in May, linked up with Dj Spinall on ‘Palazzo,’ which is a thorough party jam.

In June, just last month he released ‘Peace Be Unto You(PBUY) which peaked at No.1 on the Nigeria Apple music Top 100 charts.

This July, precisely two weeks ago, Afrobeat young king Fireboy featured him on a track he dubbed ‘Bandana’ and now, a new one from Asake is on its way.

The rate at which he is dropping songs is extraordinary and deeply commendable. His energy is off the tracks and he brings it every time.

His name is probably everywhere now and at the rate, he’s going, would be around for a long time to come.
