Sowore Reacts As Terrorists Flog Kidnapped Victims Of Abuja-Kaduna Train Attack

Presidential candidate and publisher, Omoyele Sowore has condemned the action of some terrorists who subjected their kidnapped victims to severe beating.

He also called out the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, stressing that things can’t be allowed to continue the way it is.

Sowore described the action of the terrorists as sadistic and heartbreaking.

It will be recalled that as earlier reported by Naija News, a video showing terrorists flogging victims of the Kaduna-Abuja train attack has surfaced online.

In the video, the terrorists are seen flogging some of the victims kidnapped on the Kaduna-bound train on March 28, 2022.

The terrorists also threatened to kidnap and kill President Muhammadu Buhari and Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State.

The gunmen in the video also boasted that they would destroy the country, kill the remaining passengers in their custody and sell out the others.

One of the terrorists could be heard threatening to turn the area into an abattoir unless the Muhammadu Buhari-led government complied with their demands.

Reacting to the worrying development, Sowore took to his Twitter account where he called for action from the side of the federal government in response to the threat from the terrorists.

He wrote alongside a video of the flogging; “the sadistic treatment meted out to these innocent citizens inside of @MBuhari‘s Nigeria by terrorists who attacked Kaduna bound train is heartbreaking. In saner climes, this video ought to change the course of history! #WeCantContinueLikeThis”
