Osun Decides: PDP Governorship Candidate, Ademola Adeleke Cast His Vote

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ademola Adeleke, has cast his vote in the ongoing gubernatorial election in Osun State.

Adeleke around 9: 05 am cast his vote at Unit 009, Ward 02, Abogunde/Sagba, Ede North in the state.

Naija News had earlier reported that the PDP governorship candidate arrived at his polling unit in Abogunde/Sagba Ede North at about 8:46 am.

Electoral officials accredited Adeleke at about 8:50 am after which he voted a few minutes after.

Adeleke while addressing newsmen after casting his vote commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the electoral process.

He further stated that the governorship election in Osun State is going well.

The PDP governorship candidate noted things are okay in other voting areas from the information he has gotten.

He pleaded with the electoral body to allow the people of Osun to decide who they want.

Adeleke said the whole world is watching and the governorship election in the state will be a test for all.

He said, “We want this election to be a point of contact for 2023. The whole world is watching us and this is going to be a test for us all. So, let Osun people decide who they want.”
