Osun Decides: PDP Governorship Candidate, Adeleke Arrives Polling Unit

The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State, Ademola Adeleke has arrived at his polling unit to cast his vote.

Adeleke is expected to cast his vote at the Abogunde/Sagba Ward 2, Unit 9 Ede North.

Naija News had earlier reported that accreditation of voters has commenced in some polling units for the Osun State governorship election.

Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission started the accreditation process at about 8:00 am in some of the wards across the state.

INEC had earlier stated that Osun State has a total of 988,923 registered voters.

The governorship election is taking in 3,763 polling units across 332 registration areas in 30 local government areas of the state.

The PDP Governorship candidate is contesting against the incumbent governor of the state and governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Gboyega Oyetola and thirteen other governorship candidates in the state.
