2023: Asari Dokubo Mocks Peter Obi Over Campaign Rally In Jos

A former Niger Delta militant, Asari Dokubo has asked supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, to mention the antecedents of the former Anambra Governor.

Dokubo also advised the Obi supporters named ‘Obidents’ to stop comparing the former governor to Bola Tinubu, the presidential flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The former agitator argued that the pedigree of the LP candidate cannot match both his counterparts in the PDP and the APC in the 2023 presidential election.

Speaking on Facebook Live on Monday, Dokubo opined that the clamour for Obi to be the next President in 2023 is a futile effort which is going nowhere.

He also claimed that the former Anambra governor lied that he rejected plots of land offered to him by the Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC) during his tenure as governor.

Dokubo insinuated that Obi was responsible for the recent release of the document showing that he rejected the land offer.

“How would you compare Obi with Tinubu or Atiku? What is his antecedent? Lies. You are showing documents. Who showed that you rejected the lands? All these small small [sic] scams, who dem wan do now?” he said.

Meanwhile, Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola has declared his support for the All Progressives Congress (APC), presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

Naija News recalls that Tinubu travelled to France after he held a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Taking to his Instagram on Tuesday, the billionaire businessman shared photos of himself and the APC chieftain in France whilst praying that God grants him his heart’s desire of becoming the president of the country.

He captioned the photo; ”I am always excited visiting my Great Friend Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu. May God grant him his heart’s desire in becoming the President of this great Nation”
