Video: Davido Pulls Off His Shoes For A Lady On Stage, Gifts Her N2m

Nigerian singer and producer, Davido wowed his fans during a live performance over the weekend after pulling off his shoes and offering them to a female fan.

Naija News understands that Davido was on the stage performing when he sighted the happy fan and invited her upstage.

The DMW boss caught the girl by surprise after he offered her money said to be N2 million Naira in cash.

Davido had asked his Personal Assistant to present the money to the girl in cash. The singer’s gesture got her emotional and she couldn’t contain her joy.

After gifting her his shoes and she was walking down the stage, Davido again drew the girl back and offered her the cash.

Davido’s generous act is coming weeks after he gave a Ghanaian a full scholarship, Naija News recalls.

Davido intervened after someone had tweeted about the boy’s inability to further his education despite scoring all As at the West African Examination Council (WAEC).

Responding via his microblogging platform, Davido who was moved by the comment that the young man has been unable to further his education because of his financial status said: “We have contacted Suleyman who lives in Ghana and he has been given a full 4/5 year scholarship to Adeleke university .. accommodation and allowance included! God bless y’all.”
