2023: ‘What PDP Need To Defeat APC’ – Makarfi Spills

Former Kaduna State Governor Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi has made the call for a formidable and united Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to enable them to defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He urged for unity among PDP members while hosting Istifanus Audu Nimbia, Director-General of the Save Southern Kaduna Group (SSKG), and his entourage on a private visit.

Senator Makarfi noted that the immediate challenge of PDP in Kaduna State was to ensure that Southern Kaduna remained fiercely united and supported the nomination of John Ayuba as Isah Ashiru’s running mate for governor in the 2023 election.

He asserts that youths should engage in productive agitations and push for other lucrative positions where they can get experience and strengthen their capacities for Kaduna State’s and the nation’s future.

He held that no society could advance without the contributions and ideas of the younger generation.

The former governor urged the youths to perceive themselves as a unified political front and to cease sending out bad messages and dreadful narratives of hatred and discouragement.
