Omokri Reacts To Ondo Catholic Church Attack

Omokri Reveals How Much Buhari's Aides Are Paid Monthly

Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri has condemned the attack on St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, Owo Kingdom, in Ondo State.

It will be recalled that unknown gunmen on Sunday, attacked the catholic church located behind the palace of Olowo of Owo kingdom and killed many worshippers just as the service was nearing its conclusion.

The gunmen were said to have detonated explosives before firing at the worshippers.

Reacting in a tweet via his Twitter page on Sunday evening, Omokri said the attack on the Catholic Church by terrorists stands condemnable.

The former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan asserted that the loss of lives during the Sunday service is disheartening and sickening.

Omokri, however, urged all the leaders across the county to condemn the evil attack and quickly bring the killers to justice.

He wrote: “The attack on a Catholic Church in Owo, by terrorists stands condemnable. The loss of lives during a service sickens me.

“As our leaders fight over who becomes the APC candidate, I pray they spare the time to condemn this attack and quickly bring the killers to book!”

Meanwhile, the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has likened the attackers of worshippers in a catholic church in Ondo State to evil spirits from hell.

Buhari submitted a statement on Sunday by his special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina.

President Buhari mourned with the families of those affected and wished the survivors a quick recovery.

He vowed that darkness would not overcome light in Nigeria and none of the wicked persons will go unpunished.
