Kperogi Reacts To Disqualification Of 10 APC Presidential Aspirants

Controversial commentator, Farooq Kperogi has reacted to the disqualification of ten presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) by the John Odigie-Oyegun led Presidential Screening Committee.

Naija News earlier reported that the Chairman of the committee and former APC National Chairman disclosed that only 13 out of the 23 aspirants screened were cleared by the committee and will contest the party’s primary election slated for June 6 and 7.

Odigie-Oyegun made this known on Friday while submitting the report to the party leadership at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja.

While refusing to reveal the identity of those disqualified, the former APC national chairman said that only youthful aspirants made the list of cleared aspirants.

Reacting to the development, Kperogi claimed that Tinubu has been disqualified from the party’s presidential primary election.

The commentator stated that the implosion of the APC has just officially started following the alleged disqualification of the APC national leader.

“Tinubu and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo disqualified from APC Primaries?

“John Oyegun, Tinubu’s nemesis who chaired APC’s screening committee, told newsmen a while ago that only 13 “youthful aspirants” were cleared to run for the party’s primaries.

“I can bet my bottom dollar that Bola Tinubu has been disqualified. 70 years isn’t, by any system of measurement, ‘youthful’.

“At 65, which is just 5 years younger than Tinubu, Yemi Osinbajo isn’t “youthful,” either.

“The implosion of APC has just officially started!” he said in a post on his Facebook page.
