Simon Ekpa Reacts To Okorocha's Arrest By EFCC

A Biafra Republic agitator, Simon Ekpa, has reacted to the arrest of a former Governor of Imo State, Rochas Owelle Okorocha.

Naija News had reported that operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) stormed Okorocha’s Abuja residence and whisked him away to its head office.

The anti-corruption agency officials had forcefully broken into the Presidential aspirant’s house in Abuja after laying siege to his residence for hours on Tuesday.

The EFCC had accused Okorocha of refusing to honour invitations to him after jumping the administrative bail granted to him following an alleged diversion of N2.9 billion.

In a swift reaction, the former Imo governor accused the operatives of the anti-graft agency of damaging all his bulletproof doors and roof.

Reacting to the development via his Twitter page on Wednesday, Ekpa mocked the Senator representing Imo Central over his ordeal at the hands of the EFCC.

The self-styled disciple of the detained leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, agreed that Okorocha is allegedly corrupt but should not be abandoned by his kinsmen.

He wrote: “I hope the politicians from Biafraland are watching how the Fulani are dealing with Rochas? He is corrupt, agreed. He grow up in the North & speak their language, agreed. He sees himself as a privileged Igboman with a Caliphate connection, agreed. However, blood is thicker than water

“They are giving him the South East “dot in a circle” treatment. 100million Presidential form gone, humiliated, reduced to zero.”
