Gunmen Invade Rivers Community, Murder Pastor In Cold Blood

Gunmen have killed a pastor, Abraham Yorka, after invading Oloko community in Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.

A member of the community who identified himself as Monday Piit told Within Nigeria that men of Oloko had gone to eat after working on a community farmland when they heard the voices of women and children screaming.

He went on to reveal that the gunmen burnt down houses, motorcycles and shot at people, while also maintaing that some residents of the community were still missing after the attack.

Pitt claimed that they later discovered that the village was attacked by a local vigilante group from a neigbouring community in Oyigbo Local Government Area.

He said some of the persons, who escaped from the assailants, disclosed their identities.

The State Police Spokesperson, DSP Grace Koko, could not be reached for comments as at the time of filling this report.

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Police Force has promised to arrest any lady involved in having sex with dogs in the country and posting such an act online.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, made this known in a terse statement on Saturday while reacting to a viral video of a lady involved in bestiality.

Adejobi stated that the police will go after the lady in the viral video and make her face the full wrath of the law.

He asked Nigerians to give the police any useful information on how to apprehend the lady and others involved in the act in order to serve as a deterrent. Read more
