FG Reacts To Death Of Nigerian Singer, Osinachi, Condemns Domestic Violence

The recent testimony of one of the mortuary attendants who oversees the body of late popular Igbo gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, has got tongues wagging on social media.

Naija News reports that there have been emerging reports online of the mortuary attendants complaining of late gospel singer singing her hit track Ekwueme every midnight with other worship songs.

The viral report has caused a stir, with both Christians and Muslims giving an opinion about the incident.

Reacting to the report; One owamberockers wrote; “You won’t get this till you actually lose someone close then get to have an interaction with those attendants… Omo My ears hear shege when my Dad died… Orisirisi ‘unrelatable’ gists … As For Everyone reading this,may we not have reasons to relate with these Attendants till all Our Loved ones are old and grey”

Lukemike wrote; ‘Demonic Lie. The dead cannot sing praises to the LORD, for they have gone into the silence of the grave. Only the living can praise the Lord! The dead cannot. You need to be alive before you can sing.’

One celindionaj wrote; ‘Her soul is still in pains and wandering , a lot of mysterious things happen but people tend to joke with it.’

Recall, that Osinachi Nwachukwu, died on April 8 following the alleged beating and molestation she received from her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.

The Inspector of Police, Usman Alkali, had said Peter Nwachukwu, the husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, would be charged to court as soon as he is found culpable in her death.
