Don’t Be Ungrateful, Bola Tinubu Used His Money To Promote You – Faleke Berates Aregbesola

A member of the House of Representatives, Jame Faleke has slammed the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, for being ungrateful despite the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, doing so much for him.

Naija News reports that Aregbesola and Tinubu have been at loggerheads over activities related to the upcoming Osun State governorship election.

The Minister, who had accused Tinubu of playing God, claimed that the former Lagos State Governor imposed Governor Gboyega Oyetola on the people of Osun State.

While addressing his supporters in Osun, Aregbesola claimed that despite his loyalty to the APC leader, Tinubu still betrayed him.

Reacting in a statement, Faleke stated that Tinubu was instrumental to the success of Aregbesola and many others.

The lawmaker stated that God used Bola Tinubu to elevate many political associates and loyalists, stressing that the former governor never played God.

Faleke said: “When many of us including and especially Hon Aregbesola and our families look back to pre-1999 and see the level we were, and how God has used this same Asiwaju’s selfless efforts, sagacity, intellect, and money to mentor and promote us, we should be eternally grateful to God instead of engaging in ego tripping!

“God will not come down physically but will use people to help us to achieve our goals and that role of destiny helper is what Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been and is still playing.

“Asiwaju has never played God, rather his actions and utterances have always been divinely ordained. The man has always been guided by the spirit of God. There are so many politicians he has mentored and supported to greatness and they will forever be grateful to him.”
