After spending nine years of his football career at Real Madrid, Welsh international, Gareth Bale will leave the Spanish club at the end of the current season.

Popular football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano quoted the club manager, Carlo Ancelotti as saying.

According to him, the four-time Champions League winner will depart Santiago Bernabeu when his current contract with the club expires this summer.

Naija News reports that the update is coming a few hours ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League round of 16 first-leg tie with PSG on Tuesday night.

Romano tweeted.“Gareth Bale will leave Real Madrid in June, Carlo Ancelotti confirms: “Bale has had injuries, then his contract ends – he may not have had a good motivation, but he wants to finish here as he deserves,” Romano tweeted.
