2023: Tinubu Visits Sultan Of Sokoto [Photos]

Presidential hopeful and the National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has paid a condolence visit to the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar.

Naija News reports that Tinubu, who visited the monarch on Monday, was accompanied by the former governor of the state and the Senator representing Sokoto North District in the National Assembly, Aliyu Wamakko.

It was learned that the former Lagos governor was in Sokoto to commiserate with the Sultan over the death of his family member, the Magajin Garin Sokoto, Alhaji Hassan Danbaba.

Tinubu joined in prayers for the dearly departed and asked God to grant the family of the deceased the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.

Earlier, APC members and supporters of the national leader had welcomed him to Sokoto following the declaration of his presidential ambition earlier in January.
