‘I Killed Over 20 People But Now I Have Repented’ – 21-year-old Confesses

A 21-year-old suspected terrorist, Naziru Sani, has stated that he has changed his ways after confessing to the murder of over 20 persons in attacks across Nigeria.

The suspect made the disclosure to Vanguard while on parade by the police PRO SP Gambo Isah in the Katsina Police command’s headquarters on Tuesday.

He said: “I have been involved in communities’ attacks under the command of my boss, Turji and I have killed over 20 persons in the past but I have repented now.

“I ran away from Jangebe forest in Zamfara where Turji is currently hibernating for my dear life. The Police arrested me at Funtua, while I was trying to find my way to Suleja, Niger State where my parents live. I left my wife and children there in Makera Village in Tsafe LGA, Zamfara.”

During preliminary investigation by the police the suspect confessed to being under tutelage of one “BELLO TURJI” who has been on the commands watch list for a while and has been responsible for attacks in Katsina, Zamfara and Sokoto state.
