Nigerians have reacted to the visit of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, to London, the United Kingdom.

Naija News earlier that the former Lagos governor travelled to the UK to see his family weeks after consultation with stakeholders in the country over his presidential ambition in the 2023 election.

A source in Tinubu’s camp said that the APC leader travelled out of the country to see his family, while another claimed he travelled out to rest and see his doctors.

Tinubu’s trip to London is coming a few months after he returned to Nigeria from a medical trip to the UK where he had undergone knee surgery and post-surgery physiotherapy.

However, Nigerians have taken to Twitter to mock the presidential hopeful over his health, while his supporters said the former governor went to see his family, saying that there is nothing wrong with him travelling to London.

It is time we work towards stability and a place that works for all irrespective of gender, colour, religion or tribe. A place where our Number one citizen will stay to receive medical treatment.
