I Lost Confidence In The Way Nigeria Was Being Run By President Buhari As Far Back As 2017/2018 - Tambuwal

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday arrived in Sokoto to commiserate with the government and people of the North West state over the recent killings in some communities.

Naija News reports that the President was welcomed by Governor Aminu Tambuwal, his commissioners and other government officials.

The President will then move to Zamfara State to condole with the Bello Matawalle administration over the killing of many residents by terrorists in Anka and Bukkuyum Local Government Areas of the state.

Recall that Governor Matawalle had on Wednesday during an emergency meeting with political appointees said Buhari is expected in the state.

While urging residents to welcome Buhari, Matawalle charged them to remain law-abiding during the President’s visit.

He had said: “All is set to ensure the president is received successfully.”

“I want to inform all the good people of Zamfara State that the Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria will come to Zamfara on Thursday specifically for a condolence visit over the recent bandits’ attacks in Anka and Bukkuyum Local Government Areas of the state.”
