French professional footballer who plays for English Premier League club, Manchester United, Paul Pogba has reportedly revealed he wants a move to Real Madrid.

Naija News reports that Pogba’s current contract with the Red Devils ends at the end of this season.

According to reports, Pogba has told Man United’s chiefs that he wants to join the LaLiga giant in the summer, indicating he’s not penning a new contract with the Red Devils after his contract expires.

Naija News understands that Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus had all shown interest in signing the 28-year-old player in the past.

Pogba joined Man United for the second time in 2016 after the Premier League giants shelled out a club record £89million to prise him away from Juventus.

The midfielder had already had a spell in Man United as a youngster before departing for Italy in 2012.

Meanwhile, Belgian professional footballer, Eden Hazard has reportedly rejected an offer to move to Newcastle United, Naija News learnt.

Hazard’s club side, Real Madrid is said to have accepted a £33.4million offer and £8.3m plus in add-ons, for the 30-year-old winger and attacking midfielder.

In another report, it was gathered that Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, has accepted an offer of €40 million (£33.4 million), plus €10 million (£8.3 million) in add-ons, from Newcastle.

According to El Nacional however, the Belgian captain has maintained he will only leave Madrid for a top club such as the English Premier League side, Chelsea.

Naija News understands that Hazard participation and performance has dwindled in Spain since he departed Chelsea in 2019 for an initial fee of £88 million.

The player is understood to have suffered a series of injuries and this has affected his form.
