Buhari Unveils Largest Rice Pyramid In West Africa [Photos]

The largest rice pyramid in West Africa has been unveiled by President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja on Tuesday.

Naija News reports that the pyramid is a collaboration between the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and RIFAN under the CBN’s Anchor Borrowers Program.

Present at the event were Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State; Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State; Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State: Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State and Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State.

Others were Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Gambari; Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele; Billionaire businessman, Aliko Dangote and President Rice Farmer Association of Nigeria (RIFAN),  Aminu Goronyo.
