'Houseboy Mentality Hasn't Left Amaechi Years After Serving Odili' - Omokri

A former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has taken to social media to lambast Nigeria’s Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi over a comment on GEJ administration.

Amaechi had alleged earlier that former President Jonathan left insufficient funds in the country’s coffers which were not enough to last for three weeks.

The Minister who spoke during an interview with Channels Television over the weekend said President Muhammadu Buhari may not be a perfect leader, but the Nigerian leader loves the country.

For his love for the country, the minister said President Buhari has diversified the economy and sanitized the system of corruption since he came into power in 2015.

Reacting to Amaechi’s claim that what Jonathan left behind while vacating the seat of power wasn’t enough to sustain the country for three weeks, Reno Omokri took to his verified Instagram page to call the minister a pathetic liar.

Omokri who is well known with savage responses on social media said Amaechi has refused to overcome his inferiority complex after serving as a ‘houseboy’ under former Governor of Rivers State, Peter Odili.

He wrote; “This is exactly what Jonathan left behind on May 29, 2015, that Amaechi said could not sustain Nigeria for three weeks:

* Foreign reserve of $28.6 billion
* $2.2 billion in the Excess Crude Account
* $5.6 billion Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas Limited dividends
* Over $1 billion investments via the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority

“Rotimi Amaechi is just a useless liar, who thinks he can get APC’s Vice Presidential slot by attacking former President Jonathan. 2023 is near. The whole of Nigeria will soon see what Buhari will leave behind, apart from? 40 trillion debt.

“Amaechi began life as Peter Odili’s houseboy and that inferiority complex has refused to leave. Sadly, he has a perpetual problem with self-worth and Nigerians are cautioned not to take him seriously”.
