Former Nollywood actress Caroline Danjuma has reacted to the death of Sylvester Junior, a 12-year-old who was beaten to death for allegedly refusing to succumb to pressure by fellow students to join a cult.

Naija News reports that Sylvester Junior, a 12-years-old boy was said to have been beaten to death at a Lagos school for refusing to join a cult.

According to Perrie, an uncle to the 12-year-old boy, via the microblogging platform, Twitter, revealed that his cousin until his death was a student of a college in Lagos State who was beaten to death by his peers for refusing to join a cult.

In a new tweet, a cousin of Sylvester Junior, released the video on his condition before he passed on.

According to Perrie, his 12-year-old cousin couldn’t move his head or leg.

Slyvester was visibly in excruciating pain in the video that was shared on social media.

This comes after the school, Dowen college denied the allegations, claiming that the deceased sustained injuries while playing football and was given immediate medical attention by the school’s resident nurse.

Reacting to the video, the actress disclosed that her son plays Rugby and had bruised himself badly so many times, but none of it looked like what happened to the 12-year-old boy.

The mother of three also urged the government to shut down the school till investigations rule them out of any complicity in the death of the boy.

According to her, it is insensitive to act like nothing happened.
