Anambra Election: Soludo Laments Failure Of INEC’s Technology

The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the ongoing Anambra election, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, is yet to cast his vote.

Naija News learned that Soludo is part of the voters that have not been accreditated to vote at the Isuofia Ward 13, polling unit 002, Ofiyi Square, Umueze Village Isuofia, Aguata Local Government Area.

It was gathered that Soludo and other voters are unable to vote due to the malfunctioning of the BVAS deployed to the unit.

The voters have, however, called for the immediate intervention of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to enable voters to cast their votes.

This news medium reports that 2,525,471 total registered voters were recorded in Anambra, with a total of 5,720 polling units.

Also, only 81,778 new Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) were printed for the state, while a total of 18 candidates are competing for the Anambra State Government House.
