The Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka, has been charged by South-East Governors to stop attacking President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Chairman of the Forum and Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi, accompanied by Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi pleaded with the cleric during the annual harvest, thanksgiving and bazaar of the Adoration Ministry, on Sunday.

Umahi in his plea told Mbaka that governors in the region, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, and other prominent people are working on securing the release of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

The Ebonyi State Governor who donated ₦30m, 200 yams and 100 bags of rice during the thanksgiving service, added that the Federal Government is working on reviving the economy of the nation to reduce poverty.

He advised that “those elected into the position of authority should provide good governance to the masses who elected them.”

In another development, the convener of the Concerned Nigerian movement, Deji Adeyanju, has charged Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court to hand off the case of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

Adeyanju in a chat with Daily Post said the husband of justice Nyako hails from the Fulani tribe, hence the reason for the judge to step down from Kanu’s trial.
