Nigeria Police Raise Alarm Over Fake Recruitment Site, Warns Members Of The Public

The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) and Police Service Commission (PSC) have resumed the process of the intake of 10,000 constables into the force.

The development was confirmed to newsmen in a statement released on Saturday by the Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, Naija News reports.

The PPRO noted that the force portal [www.policerecruitment.gov.ng] will be opened for access from Monday, 18th October to Tuesday, 26th October 2021.

Mba urged candidates to check their recruitment status on the portal, email and phone numbers they submitted during registration for notifications.

Also, candidates selected for the next stage of the exercise are admonished to print out their slip and present it on the examination date – Friday, 29th October and Saturday, 30th October – at designated centres across Nigeria.

Mba warned candidates to be wary of scammers, noting that the recruitment exercise “is free of charge and without any pecuniary obligation”.
