Burna Boy ‘Heartbroken’ After Seeing Squid Game, Shares Deep Message

Grammy award winner and international act, Burna Boy has taken to his social media to react to the currently trending Netflix movie, the Squid Game.

Naija News understands that Squid Game is a Korean movie that shows hundreds of cash-strapped contestants who accepted an invitation to compete in children’s games for a tempting prize, but the stakes are deadly.

The trending movie was released in September 2021 and contains nine episodes.

Burna Boy via his Instastory disclosed he’s heartbroken after watching the series, sharing his opinion on the realities of the show.

According to the 30-year-old superstar, Squid Game is the reality of how no one truly loves anyone when it comes to survival.

Burna Boy wrote, “Squid Games is actually the reality of how No one really truly loves anyone when it comes to survival. A reality that breaks my heart.”

In another report, Burna Boy recently emerged winner of Best International Act at BET Awards for the year 2021, making him the first artist to win the award three times in a row.
