Policemen Allegedly Steal Phone From Protesters After Arresting Them

Some police officers have allegedly stolen phones belonging to two protesters from the BuhariMustGo protest which occurred on October 1st.

Men of the Galadimawa Police Station in Abuja arrested the protesters during their protest and allegedly collected phones from them before they were transferred to the FCT CID Saharareporters gathers.

The protesters took to the street as early as 5am to demand good governance, transparency, and an end to insecurity.

They formed a blockade in the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport road and held out Placards with Buhari must go written on them.

Armed anti-riot police officers led by ASP Altine Daniel apprehended the protesters, chased, dispersed, and took them into custody.
