Tinubu Govt Knows Those Behind Killing Of Security Operatives In Imo - IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, have been accused of being responsible for the killing of the Igbo speaking people.

Former Deputy Leader of the proscribed Biafra group, Uche Okafor Mefor, made the accusation in a social media post on Monday, September 27.

Naija News reports that Mefor in the Facebook post described the secessionists as the greatest killers of Igbos.

The former agitator said he wondered how IPOB is accusing the Nigerian government of killing the Igbos, but themselves turn around to behead the same people they have vowed to protect.

Mefor maintained that the group was guilty of crimes against humanity, adding that IPOB was “lawlessness.”

He further accused the Biafra group of demonising the residents of the South who are already victims of circumstances.

Mefor’s Facebook post read: “You cannot be claiming that the Nigerian State is killing our people but turn around to behead the same people you vowed publicly to protect and deceptively shift responsibilities when the chips are down and the consequences arise.

“These are the killers of their own people, especially Igbo Biafrans. These killers are indeed daring, desperately presenting themselves as victims and saints but further demonise and victimise the already victimised victims of theirs.

“You are not in democracy, you are in freedom fighting, you embark on lawlessness and apply ‘jungle justice’, extra-judicial killings on your victims, you hate human rights, denied your victims such but want due process in your cases?

“You dangerous hypocrites! What you are doing of late is criminality and not freedom fighting. Demonic liars.”

Meanwhile, IPOB spokesman, Emma Powerful, had earlier alleged arms have been imported into Nigeria from Pakistan to attack the Igbo speaking people.

IPOB’s mouthpiece, Emma Powerful, made the allegation in a statement released on Monday, September 27.
