Two people have been killed by bandit terrorists, while a teacher of Islamic studies in Kuregu community in Zaria Local Government of Kaduna State was abducted.
It was gathered that the incident happened on Friday, when the terrorists invaded the community.
A resident of the affected community who spoke on condition of anonymity disclosed that the two people killed during the attack are members of Kuregu community.
The resident further stated that the victims were just at the wrong place at the wrong time because the bandits were asking for the houses of wealthy individuals in the community.
The victims, however, came the way of the bandits and were shot by the bandits before abducting an Islamic studies teacher in the community.
In another development, a man identified as Ismail Saliu has been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Kwara State for allegedly conspiring with a herbalist and one other to murder his brother.
The development was confirmed by the spokesman of the command, Babawale Afolabi on Saturday.
Afolabi in his statement accused Saliu of working with two others to kill his 14-year-old younger brother, Azeez Saliu, for money rituals
