One Umar Aliyu in Kaduna State has filed a suit against a commercial sex worker for allegedly stealing his mobile phone after he had paid for her service.

The 30-year-old businessman is said to have requested the service of Fatima Aliyu and agreed to pay her the sum of ₦10,000.

According to the complainant, he transferred the agreed amount to one Muhammad Tukur on Fatima’s consent.

He, however, lamented that the sex worker unknown to him had planned with the recipient and one other accomplice, Imran Tukur to abscond with his Samsung cell phone worth ₦80,000.

The complainant on Friday dragged the three accomplices before a Sharia Court in Magajin Gari, Kaduna State, Naija News understands.

The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Ibrahim Shuaibu, told the court that their offence contravened the provisions of sections 59, 142 and 271 of the Kaduna State Penalty Code.

The defendants pleaded not guilty.

In his ruling, the court judge, Malam Murtala Nasir, admitted the defendants to bail on the condition they provide a reliable surety.

The judge adjourned the matter until Sept. 21 for a ruling.

In another news, a 25-year-old man identified as Nasiru Muhammad has been arrested by the Jigawa State police command for allegedly having sex with a goat in the Gwaram Local Government of the State.

The development was confirmed by the spokesman of the command, Lawan Shiisu Adam in Dutse, the State capital.

Shiisu disclosed that Muhammad was apprehended by police operatives while on patrol at Kunnadi quarters in Gwaram town.
