Seria A club, Juventus, is currently being rocked with crisis following Cristiano Ronaldo’s return to Manchester United.

After netting a total of 551 club goals at Real Madrid and Juventus sequentially after leaving United in 2009, Ronaldo returned to the Premier League club on a two-year contract, Naija News reports.

The Portuguese’s exit from Juve has, however, caused crisis between the Seria club manager, Massimiliano Allegri and the club hierarchy.

Naija News understands that Allegri expressed disappointment with the club management for sanctioning Ronaldo’s return to United last week.

According to reports, Allegri is not happy that the club has given him the task of replacing the 36-year-old’s goals.

Recall that Allegri re-joined Juve this summer, two years after leaving. But the 54-year-old is angry at club president Andrea Agnelli and sporting director Federico Cherubini.

These were not the agreements” Allegri allegedly told the club recounting when he accepted a proposal to return.

Meanwhile, Juve has signed Moise Kean from Everton on loan to fill the gap left by Ronaldo.

Also, Manuel Locatelli has already arrived from Sassuolo this summer, but improvements to the squad have not been to the extent expected for a side that scrapped a fourth-place finish last season.

Reacting to a disappointing 1-0 home defeat to Empoli over the weekend, Allegri told DAZN: “Cristiano spent three years at Juventus, he scored goals, which he is very good at, he’s an extraordinary player, but we cannot think about Ronaldo from now on.”
