'It's Ridiculous' - Lawyer Reacts To Theft Of DSS Case File On Igboho Aides

The Department of State Services, DSS, has released two more aides of Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho.

Naija News reports that the Yoruba nation agitator’s aides were released on Friday.

Their release was confirmed by Sunday Igboho’s lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi.

He disclosed that the secret police, however, refused to release the remaining two persons, Lady K also known as Amudat Babatunde and one other.

Olajengbesi noted that this was contrary to an order of the court that granted bail to the entire 12 aides of the Yoruba Nation agitator in the custody of the agency.

Recall that the DSS had on August 30th released eight of Sunday Igboho’s aides.

Olajengbesi had said his clients were released after being in DSS custody for 61 days.

The names of the eight Igboho’s aides earlier released by the DSS are;

Abdullateef Onaolapo,

Tajudeen Irinloye,

Dikeola Ademola,

Ayobami Donald,

Uthman Adelabu,
